Terms of Service

1. Service

PersonaView provides AI-assisted UX/UI review tools. You may upload screenshots and select or configure personas to generate review results.

PersonaView is a support tool for product, design, and UX decisions. It does not guarantee that any result will be complete, accurate, suitable for every user group, or appropriate for every business context.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. You are also responsible for all activity under your account.

PersonaView may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, misused the service, created security risk, failed to pay, or used the service unlawfully.

3. User Content

User Content includes screenshots, text, persona settings, screen names, instructions, or other content you submit to PersonaView.

You confirm that you have the right to upload and process your User Content, and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. You should not upload sensitive personal data, confidential credentials, trade secrets, or content you do not have permission to share.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant PersonaView a limited right to process, store, transmit, and display it as necessary to provide the service, generate review results, provide support, maintain the system, and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI-Generated Results

PersonaView uses AI systems, including OpenAI, to generate review results.

AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.

PersonaView does not guarantee that any output will improve your product, increase conversion, satisfy accessibility requirements, meet legal standards, or represent the views of real users.

5. Credits, Expiration, and Refunds

PersonaView may offer paid credits for certain features.

Credits are valid only for the period stated in the package purchased. Once credits expire, they cannot be used and will not be refunded.

After your last credit pack expires, you may continue to view and export your review history for 14 days. After this period, access to your workspace may be paused. Review history may be deleted after 30 days without an active credit pack.

If you delete your account while unused credits remain, those credits will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by PersonaView, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to another account unless PersonaView expressly allows it.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider made available by PersonaView. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable payment provider's terms and policies.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, charges, or payment method issues related to your purchase.

PersonaView may change prices, packages, credit amounts, expiration periods, or payment terms at any time. Changes will not affect credits already purchased unless required by law or clearly stated at the time of purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use PersonaView to violate the law, infringe third-party rights, upload content you do not have permission to use, upload harmful code, access systems without authorization, disrupt the service, or misuse AI-generated output as professional legal, medical, financial, or regulated advice.

8. Intellectual Property

PersonaView, including its name, interface, design, software, workflows, features, and service content, belongs to PersonaView or its licensors.

These Terms do not give you ownership of PersonaView or any PersonaView intellectual property. Subject to these Terms, PersonaView grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using PersonaView, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

10. Service Changes and Service Discontinuation

PersonaView may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. PersonaView may also discontinue the service in whole or in part, including permanently shutting down PersonaView.

If PersonaView permanently discontinues the service, we will take reasonable steps to notify users in advance where reasonably practicable.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access.

11. Account Deletion and Service Termination

You may terminate your use of PersonaView by deleting your account where this function is available. Account deletion will be treated as termination of your use of the service by you.

After deletion, PersonaView may delete or disable access to your account data, screenshots, review history, and related content, subject to our Privacy Policy and legal retention requirements.

If unused credits remain when your account is deleted, those credits will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

12. Disclaimers and Liability

PersonaView is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PersonaView disclaims all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PersonaView will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, business, data, goodwill, or loss arising from reliance on AI-generated output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PersonaView's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to PersonaView for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

PersonaView may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Your continued use of PersonaView after the updated Terms become effective means that you agree to the updated Terms.
